Dwayne McLaren Cut Bank, Montana’dan gitmek istemektedir. Yeterli parayı biriktirir biriktirmez kız arkadaşı Casandra ile birlikte büyük şehre gitmeyi planlar araba tamircisi Dwayne. Postacı Georgie’nin öldürülüşünü yanlışlıkla video kamerasına kaydeden Dwayne, 100.000 dolarlık ödülü alma şansına sahip olur. Umut dolu bir şekilde kanıtı yerel şerife götürür. Ama Georgie’nin ceseti bulunamayınca, Dwayne sadece paradan olmakla kalmaz, soruşturmanın şüphelileri arasına da girer.

Cut Bank, Montana. Dwayne McLaren wants out of this tiny town. As soon as he has enough money together, the car mechanic plans to move with his girlfriend, Cassandra, to the big city. When Dwayne inadvertently captures the murder of postman Georgie on his video camera, he grabs his chance of claiming a 100.000 dollar reward. Brimming with hope, he takes his evidence to the local sheriff. But when Georgie’s body is nowhere to be found, Dwayne not only loses out financially, but before he knows it, he too has attracted the attention of the investigators.
